Tanoan Communities East Board of Directors Meetings The TCE Board of Directors meets the 3rd Monday of every month. Meetings are held at the HOAMCO office, 11005 Spain (northeast corner of Spain and Juan Tabo) at 3:30 P.M. However, it is always a good idea to confirm before attending, since dates, times, and venue are subject to change.
