The Tanoan Community East Association is a private Homeowner Association created for the enjoyment of its Residents. Membership in the Association is automatic and compulsory upon purchase of a home in Tanoan East.

The Association is governed by the CC&R's which define the structure and rules of the Community. It is important that each Resident be familiar with these documents as they are the "laws" of the Community.
